The vendor has not acknowledged it: zendesk.com redirects /.well-known/public-agents.json to www.zendesk.com, which answers 403 to the fetch (a block, not the proof), and _public-agents.zendesk.com answers a TXT of v=spf1 include:_netblocks.zdsys.com ~all, a wildcard SPF record and not the proof (checked 2026-09-12 through a public resolver).
