Every file under registry/ validates against one of these JSON Schemas (draft 2020-12), generated from the registry's own sources. Validate before you open a pull request.

• agent: An agent entry (registry/agents/<handle>/agent.json)
• tool: A tool entry (registry/tools/<slug>/tool.json)
• job: A job (registry/jobs/<function>/<id>.json)
• function: The function list (registry/functions.json)
• evidence-case-report: A disclosed case report (registry/evidence/case-reports/<id>.json)
