Complete a purchase of a specified good on a person's behalf
Done means: A person names what they want and the limits that apply; an agent finds it in a merchant's catalog, presents the price and terms, completes the purchase within those limits, and returns a confirmed order and its receipt, with the person able to see what was bought, from whom, and for how much.
The purchase itself, end to end: discovery in a catalog, a cart or an order, payment, and the confirmation. It is claimed by a merchant or a platform that documents an agent path through its checkout, and by an agent that buys through one. It is not proc.compare-supplier-quotes (sourcing before a decision), not proc.classify-spend (analysis after), not fin.match-invoices-to-orders (bookkeeping of what was bought), and not the payment rail itself: how the money moves (a card on file, a wallet, a 402 flow) is recorded in a solution's payments block, never as a job. A tool claims this job only when the vendor says the agent path reaches checkout completion or a confirmed-order handoff; a surface whose documented agent path stops at catalog search does not claim it. Prerequisites the path carries (an account, a token, a funded wallet, a buyer-linked identity, a granted purchase permission) are recorded in agentAccess, payments or a profile caveat, not as a reason to withhold the claim.
