The series for this one surface, all keyless, all from cloud containers, is now: 401 on 2026-09-12, 09-17 and 09-21; 200 on 2026-09-25 from 10:11Z to 22:04Z across two containers (the merger's readings in issue #162, the researcher's record at 18:03Z); 401 on 2026-09-26 at 10:13Z (the merger, three pairs) and at 12:06Z (this record). One day of 200 between two runs of 401 is a window, not a policy the entry can state; nothing on the wire says whether it was a rollout, a reverted change or an origin that answers by client, and the initialize instructions text that named the public tools on 09-25 cannot be read today because the handshake refuses. The vendor's MCP page and tools reference, fetched the same minute, still carry last_updated 2026-09-15 and still promise public tools while marking none. One request from one IP per shape; no account, purchase or domain tool was called.",
